The first LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) Conferences outside Europe were held in October and November 2024, in Tokyo and in Singapore. With Odd-e, LeSS Singapore, and Gold Sponsors Titansoft and Jago-DKatalis, I had the great pleasure of being on the volunteers team of the Singapore edition.

And more: being preceded by a (somewhat controversial) reputation of non-conventional event photography, mostly black-and-white, I was asked to make a photographical record of the proceedings as far as I was able to witness them.

The conference was remarkable to say the least. With LeSS co-creator Craig Larman in the room, no less than three more Odd-e affiliated LeSS trainers were present: Stanly Lau, Viktor Grgic, and Terry Yin. This foursome was joined by a most impressive line-up of speakers, some of them trainers-in-the-making: Salman Mohd Sultan, Anshul Kapoor, Chen Chao, Serena Goh, Nicholas Li, Chokchai Phatharamalai, Alexey Krivitsky, Maya Kartika, Jane Phongsak Ritpitakphong, Naveen Kumar Singh, Douglas O’Loughlin, and Sofia Pelzl.
