Yeah right. He never did. But his cronies do, and by remaining silent and/or not calling them back, he misses out on a chance to show that he is the PM of "all" the citizens of India.
Just an example. “If one hundred of us are ready to kill two million of them, then we will win,” said Pooja Shakun Pandey of the Hindu Mahasabha at a party conference in Haridwar, Dec 2021. And he continued: “Be ready to kill and go to jail.”

This is a direct call to kill Indian citizens that the PM is supposed to protect.

Mr Modi has all the chances to do his duty as a Prime Minister and very sternly speak out against this kind of fascist discourse. He still has the opportunity even today. He surely knows the meaning of vasudhaivakutumbakam — which is a cornerstone of the sanatana dharma that he claims to profess. Or doesn't he? And if he does, why doesn't he act?

When a Prime Minister allows for millions of his own citizens to be openly declared bait for a genocide, serious questions can be asked about the ethics and moral standards of his leadership.
